If you suspect or become aware of any misconduct or unethical practices within our operations, it is important that you report it. This gives us the opportunity to address potential issues and improve our practices. You do not need to have evidence to support your concern, but the report must be made honestly and in good faith.

Please note that the whistleblowing channel is not intended for customer feedback or complaints. If your matter concerns our products or services, please contact our customer service directly.

The whistleblowing channel is operated by an external partner, Granite.

All reports are handled confidentially. This also applies in situations where the whistleblower chooses to disclose their identity. At Lumme Energia, only specifically designated individuals working in compliance and sustainability roles have access to the reports.
