Oomi’s Ethical Whistleblowing Channel
Lumme Energia is now part of Oomi Oy. All agreements, products, and services previously made with Lumme Energia have been transferred to Oomi as of January 1, 2026, without any changes.
Oomi is committed to operating transparently, openly, and in accordance with ethical principles. We want to monitor the implementation of our ethical principles in our daily operations, which is why we offer our stakeholders a separate whistleblowing channel where you can confidentially report any suspected misconduct or actions contrary to Oomi’s ethical principles.
Suspected misconduct may include, for example, corruption, bribery, discrimination, environmental issues, or violations of responsibility principles. All reports are handled confidentially, and we take them seriously. To ensure confidentiality, the whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner.
Reports will be processed within three months at the latest, and any personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Please note that the whistleblowing channel is not intended for customer feedback or complaints regarding products or services.
