E-invoices for corporate customers

As a corporate customer, you can opt for electronic invoicing. Just use the form to provide your company’s details. You can use the same form to inform us of changes in your e-invoicing address. If your company wants e-invoicing for some locations only, please use the message field to indicate which locations should NOT be e-invoiced.

E-invoicing has many advantages. The key ones are:

• speed, reliability, and efficiency. E-invoices are transferred directly to the recipient’s financial management system, which avoids postal delays.
• E-invoicing also reduces manual invoice processing. E-invoices can be transferred directly for approval, payment, and booking. So no time is wasted on scanning or manual processing of invoice details.
